Do you feel tired, listless or run down? Well now there is a healthy cure for that and it is not

Owning a company is hard work. When it goes International and you have to deal with different time zones, you need all the energy you can get! That is how I developed this 3 Day Diet Plan to get my energy up. I also became aware of the crazy stuff the FDA allows for certain foods we eat and it freaked me out. So, for 3 Days, eat as fresh as you can. NO PROCESSED, FROZEN OR CANNED FOODS ALLOWED.

Ask your doctor before you start this or any other 3 day plan. Do not eat things that you do not like or cause you to have a bad reaction.

Every night, if you can take an EPSOM SALT Bath. Epson salt has magnesium Sulfate. It calms you down and helps you sleep. It also relieves minor sprains and bruises. DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE A KIDNEY DISEASE. And all three nights are not necessary.

Drink about eight glasses of pure, fresh water throughout the day. 

Make the SUPER DRINK and drink it two times a day on an empty stomach, when you wake up and before you go to bed.

This is actually good! I was shocked, it is like a wine or cocktail replacement. NO ALCOHOL for all three days! 

This is what you need for the SUPER DRINK:

1 lemon, juiced 

1 tsp of Aloe Vera (Yes, you can drink it! It looks like water and is available at any Health Food Store)

1 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar 

1-2 cups of clean, pure HOT water. You can add in ice after you finish making it.

1 tsp of organic Honey

A few cut up fresh Basil and Mint Leaves

Mix together in a glass, you can have it cold or hot, whatever you want. Play around with the ingredients, so you like it. Do not add more honey at night as the sugar could keep you awake.

Eat organic fresh fruits and vegetables and get protein through quinoa, nuts and fresh eggs or fish. You can even have a slice of Pizza with fresh veggies and cheese for a meal!

At the end of 3 days, you should feel FANTASTIC and aligned. You might even WANT to do it LONGER!
